PINEDALE - An air quality monitoring station in Boulder recorded average ozone levels of 143 parts per billion Tuesday, nearly double the current Environmental Protection Agency standard of 75 parts per billion, according to Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality data. Ozone levels reached a high of 153 parts per billion Wednesday.
