BOULDER — Despite an intensive air quality monitoring program and the implementation of a variety of measures designed to reduce emissions, ozone levels in Sublette County continue to exceed federal standards, and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality now plans to ramp up action to combat the pollutant issue.
