(with his wife Kim Berger) is studying the survival of Upper Green antelope population

Freddie Botur: rancher who operates the Cottonwood
Ranch between Daniel and Big Piney. Has concerns about BLM’s waiving
of wildlife protection stipulations and how fast gas development

John Fandek: Long time Upper Green resident who
has wrangled on local ranches and fed elk for the Game & Fish Dept
for over 20 years. Very concerned about energy development in the
