Our Mission
The mission of the Upper Green River Alliance (UGRA) is to protect and preserve the clear air, clean water and abundant wildlife that define the extraordinary Upper Green River Valley in Western Wyoming. We will work to ensure balanced, responsible energy development conducted in a common-sense manner and at a moderate pace that does not impact our valuable natural resources and the connected, human environment.
